From the Dallas District’s Outreach “Guru” Rodney Klein will show the rubrics for faith issues @ work, when religion issues go bad, they can go very bad. Discover when expression ends and harassment begins, and learn how to address accommodation issues the right way.
    -  Pregnancy, Care Giver and other forms of Gender Discrimination –  Houston’s Outreach Manager Joe Bontke will walk you through the litigation minefield of risk management and discuss proactive ways in which you can prevent gender discrimination from becoming a problem in your workplace.
    -  Background Checks and Other Arresting Developments –  Hear Katrina Grider explain in her informative and entertaining way what you should and should not do with backround checks in the hiring process. Learn what you need to do to conduct appropriate checks and remain in compliance with the law.
